Cancellation Policy

Substitutions are allowed. If you must cancel a registration, please submit your request in writing to MarketingProfs Customer Service via e-mail at events@marketingprofs.com or fax to 281-605-5374. Registrations canceled on or before October 1, 2010 will be refunded 100%. Cancellations received after October 1, 2010 or no-shows will not be refunded.
